Bed and Breakfast

If you have not already paid please pay cash on arrival for your accommodation.

Arrival time is normally around 4pm. The time of departure is 10.am.

We try to be flexible and may sometimes be able to accommodate different arrival and departure times. Please ask.

Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival at least 7 days before your let, so we can make access arrangements with you.

Bed and breakfast is provided within our self catering holiday units, you will have your own room. Breakfast will be self service and you may be sharing the units kitchen unit with other guests.

We provide a range of cereals, milk, or soya milk by request, apple and orange juice, bread and butter or other spread, marmalade and jam, eggs and fruit for you to help yourself to. We try to provide as much organic and fairtrade food as possible.

All units are pet free. Guide dogs for disabled people are accepted.
All units are non-smoking.
All units have bed linen, towels, kitchen towels,  dish clothes, washing up liquid and liquid hand soap supplied.
 

Cancellation charges:

 2 - 3 calendar months: full refund
Under 1 month: 50% charge
 

In the event of exceptional circumstances the Swarthmoor Hall Committee reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time and for any reason whatsoever without paying compensation or incurring liability. Deposits will be returned. Hirers are advised to seek their own holiday insurances. A full list of conditions can be obtained by contacting the Swarthmoor Hall office.
