Quaker Meetings at Swarthmoor Hall

Swarthmoor Hall is known as the cradle of Quakerism. Early Quakers, such as George Fox and Margaret Fell, met at Swarthmoor Hall to attend Meeting for Worship in the Great Hall.

A living spiritual centre, Quaker meetings are held regularly at Swarthmoor Hall in the Great Hall. Anyone is welcome to attend. There are also local Quaker meetings held at the historic Swarthmoor Meeting House, giving guests and visitors the opportunity to attend a Meeting for Worship during the week.

Pilgrimages and spiritual retreats are also held at Swarthmoor Hall throughout the year. Please contact us to find out more.
